Pinewell grew naturally out of our own journey in real estate. We started by buying and renovating our own home, self-managing rental properties, and taking on general contracting projects. As we continued investing and working on projects of our own, we gained a deeper appreciation for what it takes to own and invest in real estate and the many decisions that come with it. Over time, friends, neighbors, and fellow real estate investors began asking for help navigating those same challenges. What began as sharing our experience gradually grew into Pinewell Property Group.
